Step 2: Wait for Authorization

Our customer service team will respond within 2 business days with:

  • Return authorization number
  • Shipping instructions and return address
  • Any special instructions if applicable

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Carefully package the items following these guidelines:

  • Include all original tags and packaging
  • Place the return authorization number visibly on the outside of the package
  • Use a trackable shipping method (we recommend DHL, FedEx, or EMS)
  • Keep your shipping receipt until your return is processed

Step 4: Return Processing

Once we receive your return:

  • We’ll inspect the items within 3-5 business days
  • If approved, we’ll process your refund or exchange

Exchange Process

Want to exchange for a different size or product? Follow the same return process above, but specify “Exchange” in your request. Note:

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability

  • You’ll be responsible for shipping costs both ways

International Returns

Since we serve customers globally (excluding Asia and select remote areas):

  • International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and customs fees
  • We recommend using the same carrier as your original shipment (DHL, FedEx, or EMS)
  • Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
